Proportionate and Flexible Fee Structures

We understand that legal costs are an important consideration. That’s why we are committed to transparency, ensuring you remain fully in control of your fees.

We offer a fixed-fee initial consultation to discuss your case and provide an accurate quote for ongoing services. For many matters, fixed fees are available, giving you certainty over costs. If additional work becomes necessary, we always consult you before any extra fees are incurred.

As an established UK immigration law firm in the West Midlands, we provide tailored, practical, and affordable solutions, combined with a personalised and supportive service.

For more details or to arrange a consultation with one of our senior immigration solicitors, please contact your local branch.

Our Fees

We offer a transparent three-tier hourly rate system based on experience and seniority:

Senior Partner - Humaira Ali

£ 0 + VAT

Solicitors

£ 0 + VAT

Junior Lawyers & Paralegals

£ 0 + VAT

All cases are supervised by a partner, and work may involve lawyers at different levels depending on complexity.

Where possible, we provide fixed-fee arrangements for greater cost certainty, tailored to the case, complexity, and required expertise. Cases vary in time and cost, and a precise quote can be provided after an initial consultation once we have reviewed your documents and developed a plan of action.
