HA Solicitors is committed to providing a high standard of legal service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we have clear procedures in place to address your concerns.
Raising a Concern
If at any stage you are dissatisfied, please inform us immediately so we can try to resolve the issue. Often, speaking directly with the lawyer handling your case can resolve concerns quickly.
Making a Formal Complaint
If your concern is not resolved informally, you can make a formal complaint by:
1. Arranging an appointment with Humaira Ali, or
2. Submitting your complaint in writing to our office.
Your complaint will be formally acknowledged, and you will receive a copy of our complaints handling policy, which explains how your complaint will be managed and the expected timescales.
